Senior On The Bow is a senior non-profit organization. They provide community services and activities for seniors. This project is to help them build their own website that can display all their information. At the same time, they hope that the appearance of the website is attractive and facilitates subsequent management and content updates.
Based on the design guided by visual identity, the website color scheme is still yellow, green, and blue as the main colors. In order to be suitable for elderly users, I have done some research on fonts and page layout, hoping to make it easier for elderly users to use. At the same time, I actively communicated with customers, collected the graphic and text materials they provided, and re-edited and added them to the website. They were satisfied with the overall effect.
The challenge of the entire project lies in how to communicate effectively with customers and clearly understand their needs before creating. Additionally, I further explored the use of Figma functionality, although it is somewhat different than Adobe Xd. The entire website design process was relatively smooth. I can more clearly understand the logic of building a website, which helps me complete my work efficiently.
