“Happy Camper” is an eLearn website. We provide information for beginner camping enthusiasts. This is a group assignment, I am responsible for the graphic design part, including logo design (versions for different application scenarios), all illustrations and inforgraphic design.
The logo design is a tent with a smiling face placed among the trees. The overall feel of the logo is kept simple for easy recognition. It hopes to bring users a relaxed and enjoyable camping experience.
The design of illustrations and inforgraphic is based on the needs of the website to give users a better experience and provide more visual information.
In this project, I think the most challenging thing is how to make the logo from the initial complex design to the final simplified process. In order to make the logo more recognizable, I made many attempts and adjustments, and finally achieved a more ideal effect. Also, unlike before, for this logo design, I created every version I could think of. This can make it easier for website developers to apply the logo in different modules during the website design process.
